We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Shipping Details

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note, that most jewelry is hand made to order and may take up to 4 weeks depending on their availability. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the U.S., with more regions coming soon.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the best available rate and delivery time.

Returns Details

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Jewelry, as each order is made to order. If you need resized, we can work with our artists to resize for you. Shipping charges may apply.
  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of $8.99. This fee helps cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at paranoidranch@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once authorized, pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.

  3. Ship to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee and any shipping charges.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
